What is Themis?
Themis is a new concierge business brought to you by EAM. Perhaps unlike any other time in history, we often find ourselves struggling to keep up with the daily demands of life. Work schedules are longer, family demands are greater, and time is becoming one of the most precious resources we have. As many of us have become accustomed to daily activities of school, practice schedules, after school activities, meetings, volunteer efforts, etc., finding time for anything else often means one thing – less time with the ones we love and less time for fun!
When life throws you a curveball, we struggle to keep up - broken smart phone, car that won’t start, water leaks, electrical issues, air conditioner not working, dry cleaning, pet sitting and dog walking – how do you manage? The answer is Themis - you will now be able to schedule covered services and take care of almost everything life can throw at you, all without having to search for a service provider, leaving you with more time for family and fun!
Why "Themis?"
According to Greek mythology, Themis is an ancient Greek Titaness – she is described as “[the Lady] of good counsel, and is the personification of divine order, fairness, law and custom.” What a better name for Esquire Association Management, LLC’s (“EAM”) new concierge service –providing you with good counsel by referring you to our wonderful trade
How Does Themis Work?
You will now be able to schedule covered services with our preferred vendors right in the palm of your hand! With one phone call or a few clicks on our website, you will let Themis know what covered service you need scheduled. Themis will take care of the rest and will confirm with you when services are scheduled! Let’s look at an example.
You wake up one morning to the sound of a faucet that won’t stop dripping. Rather than searching Google for a plumber you know very little about, you call Themis! With one phone call, Themis will contact a plumbing company, schedule an appointment, confirm your availability, and you are done! The plumber shows up at the scheduled time, repairs the faucet, and sends you a bill. It is just that easy!

How Will I Pay for the Covered Services that Themis Arranges?
If you decide to use one of our preferred vendors for a covered service, the vendor will send you an invoice directly. You remit payment directly to the vendor just as you would any other bill! You pay Themis nothing for having arranged the service.
